The self-charging motor system with KERS technology (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) supports you whenever you need it. As soon as you crank backwards, the motor switches to recuperation and starts braking - the energy generated in this process recharges the battery of your electric bicycle.
If the display is RED, energy is being consumed - if it is GREEN, the battery is recuperating energy.

VELLO offers you many accessories for your ultralight e-bike. For example, you can choose from a variety of features such as a removable front rack for many use cases, foldable mudguards for all weather conditions, safety lights for any time of day or night, an optional side stand or removable luggage racks, and many other accessories for multi-purpose use. Furthermore, the foldable electric bike offers disc brakes for the greatest safety and height-adjustable saddle and handlebars for comfortable riding.

Thanks to the tilt sensor, the motor on the Bike+ AUTOMATIC takes over the function of automatic support and adjusts this depending on the gradient! The Bike+ GEARS comes without a tilt sensor, but with manual 3-speed gearshift or 6-speed (3x2) Schlumpf Drive, for ultimate gear variety and flexibility. Both Bike+ models, GEARS and AUTOMATIC, can be combined with additional mechanical gearshift from Schlumpf.

High-quality components such as a titanium frame, combined with new technologies, enable a total weight starting at 12.9 kg.
Both models are equipped with the Zehus motor with energy recovery (K.E.R.S.). The AUTOMATIC model also has an integrated tilt sensor, which allows the motor to automatically find the optimal cadence. The GEARS model, on the other hand, can be shifted manually.
