Thanks to its compact standard length of 180 cm (70.9 in), the bike can easily be transported on public transport. It can be reduced to a width of just 29 cm (11.4 in) without tools, thanks to its retractable pedals and handlebars. This makes it easy to store safely at home, in the office, or in tight spaces.

With the VELLO SUB, you'll cover long distances with ease - the powerful Bosch electric motor - powered by dual battery - creates a range of up to 250km (155 miles) (top speed EU version: up to 25km/h/15,5 mph). US and Canada versions: 32 km/h/ 19,8 mph). The VELLO SUB is also equipped with the latest Bosch Smart System, which includes a remote control in the cockpit and a free smartphone app (more details below).

Thanks to the foldable handlebar and the foldable pedals, the VELLO SUB can be folded to a width of just 29 cm (11.4 in) and a height of 85 cm (33.5 in) - perfect for safe storage at home or in the office. The handles on the saddle make it easy to carry, or the child can hold on to it while riding. The VELLO SUB has the same length as a normal bicycle (180 cm / 70.9 in), so it can be taken on the train or mounted on the bike rack for a weekend trip. With the VELLO SUB you reduce your ecological footprint and save time. The intelligent system of the Ebike Flow app helps you find the best routes. No more time-consuming, stressful rush hours.

The tool-free quick-change system makes it possible to change the configuration of the VELLO SUB quickly and easily. Child seats and cargo baskets can be quickly mounted and removed with a safety locking system that eliminates the need to fiddle with complicated brackets or mounting systems. The countless uses of the longtail make everyday errands even easier and more convenient - thanks to the extensive range of accessories.
The VELLO SUB is a safe, stable, and easy-to-maneuver bike with 20" (50 cm) tires and a low center of gravity—whether it’s loaded with cargo or passengers. The handlebars on the saddle let the child hold on while riding.
Thanks to the height-adjustable handlebars and the different seat posts, the bike fits everyone between 150 cm and 200 cm. The VELLO SUB can also be easily adjusted to the perfect riding position (more upright or sportier).
Tested resilience by EFBE®
Our SUB was subjected to eight load tests as part of the EFBE-TRI-Test® and passed them with ease. With a total approved weight of 210 kg (463 lbs), the SUB is one of the most stable cargo bikes on the market.
