• Store the battery properly: Keep your e-bike battery at room temperature (around 20 °C / 68 °F). Cold temperatures can reduce its performance.
• Keep it dry & well-ventilated: Store your VELLO Bike+ in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated place, ideally indoors, not in a damp basement or garage.
• Never store with an empty battery: Charge the battery to around 30–60 % before storage and check the charge level regularly. This helps prevent deep discharge.
• Calibrate the tilt sensor: When you start riding again after the break, calibrate the tilt sensor of your Bike+ Automatic for the best riding experience.
• A little care after downtime: After a longer rest, your chain and hub will appreciate a few drops of oil, it keeps everything running smoothly again.
