VELLO Bike is coming to Eurobike 2024 in Frankfurt with a range of new products and innovations!
Ultralight and individual: the new VELLO titanium frame kit
A special highlight is the new folding bike frame kit made of full titanium. This kit allows bike enthusiasts to customize their own folding bike. The frame (main frame and rear triangle) weighs just 1.9 kg and the titanium fork weighs just 0.6 kg. Together with other high-quality, specially developed VELLO parts, the new full titanium singlespeed is presented, which, in combination with special carbon components from the Schmolke Carbon brand, achieves an ultra-light total weight of just 6.7 kg.
Why titanium?
Titanium is the ideal material for bicycles due to its specific strength and durability. It is twice as elastic as steel and therefore ensures a particularly comfortable riding experience. It is also lightweight, durable and rustproof, making it perfect for everyday urban riding.
Three hundred and sixty° Reflective Visibility Accessories
Fully reflective accessories for the VELLO SUB E-Cargo Bike are a new addition to the VELLO range.
The all-round reflective accessories offer special safety at night or in poor light conditions. Among other things, a rain cocoon with folding roof and cargo bags are available.
VELLO Special Edition with 3x3 Nine hub
A combination of the bikes with the 3x3 Nine hub is now available for both VELLO's folding bikes and the VELLO SUB e-cargo bike. Thanks to the grease lubrication, the hub is completely maintenance-free and the gear steps of approx. 24% are calibrated for life. A gear ratio of 554% and a maximum input torque of 250 Nm make the hub a real powerhouse.
The e-bikes from VELLO, equipped with Bosch motors, now benefit from the innovative E-Shift gearshift and the maintenance-free 3X3 Nine hub. A convenient twist-shift gearbox is used for VELLO's organic bikes. This means that the entire VELLO product range benefits from the precision and reliability of the hub.
